Seamless T-mobile compatibility, very high quality.
I’ve been using the Cudy 5G WiFi Router with my T-Mobile SIM card, and it has been an excellent performer. Setup was a breeze — popped in my SIM, and within minutes, I had high-speed internet running without needing to mess with APN settings. The router detected T-Mobile’s network automatically and delivered strong 5G and LTE speeds. What impressed me most is the stability of the connection. Even during peak hours, I’ve consistently seen fast download and upload speeds with minimal drops. The WiFi range covers my entire home (about 2,000 sq ft), and the dual-band functionality allows me to split heavy and light devices between the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands. Another huge plus is the router’s ability to support multiple users. I regularly have several devices streaming, gaming, and working remotely at the same time, and this router handles the load without a hiccup. Build quality feels premium, and the interface is user-friendly, with plenty of customization options like port forwarding and VPN support. If you’re looking for a plug-and-play 5G solution with T-Mobile or any other GSM provider, this is a reliable and cost-effective choice. I’d recommend it to anyone needing a dependable alternative to traditional wired internet.

Great 5G Sim Card router, can Cellular service.
I recently purchased this Cudy 5G Cellular capable router., and I'm happy to share my thoughts on it. The product arrived in good condition and was well-packaged. The Cudy 5g router is designed for use with either standard internet service or a Sim Card normally used for a Cell phone. This Router Has the ability to get fast 5G ultra wide band. So I get very fast internet using my Cellular carrier Sim card. One of the standout features of this product is just that i use a sim card. I found it particularly useful because my internet is faster as well as this is portable for on the road internet. On the downside, the Sim Card setup process was a bit complicated. These issues didn't prevent me from using the product, but they are worth noting for potential buyers. Overall, I would recommend this Cudy 5G Sim Router to for people looking for a reliable and affordable solution to traveling internet. It has met my expectations and I believe it would be a good fit for home, or RVs. If you're considering purchasing this product, I encourage you to read other reviews as well, as individual experiences can vary. I hope my feedback helps you make an informed decision.

Better Range and More Reliable than my equivilent Brand Name units ...
So far very pleased. Excellent speeds through sim cards, as the device allows full customization through all cell bands and other settings. You can easily block carrier throttling and the router is the easiest one I have ever set up! I have three other brand name units. This router has better wifi range and is more reliable and consistent than any of the others. They are all 6E too! On the 5G network I have reached d/l speeds of over 200Mbps and uploads over 100Mbps. Average speeds consistently over 60Mbps. If you spend the time selecting your own cell bands you can do much much better but I can't be bothered. I also have three of the 6E range extenders and in MESH mode they work flawlessly. I wish I could have said the same about the three other leading brands I tried and sent back! While they don't have the capacity of the others, what use is capacity if it constantly disconnects, reboots and constantly hunts for the extenders? Reliability for me is the most important attribute and up to now this CUDY unit has provided it. I hope it lasts ....

Working without issue for about 9 months
I purchased this specifically for use with a T-Mobile business 5G connection. The only significant difference between the T-Mobile consumer and T-Mobile business connection is that the business connection will allow you to implement port forwarding. But the road to port forwarding is fraught with poor tech support and misinformation from T-Mobile. None of the devices provided by T-Mobile will get you to port forwarding in any way that is remotely practical. All of them require an account with the device manufacturer that T-Mobile will not allow you to have. Their non-solution is that you submit any setup changes you need to T-Mobile then T-Mobile submits those changes to the manufacturer. They throw an extra wrench into the process by not having you submit your changes to tech support. You submit your changes to the salesperson you placed your order with. If the salesperson does not make the changes within 72 hours, which inevitably is the case, you can then submit your changes to tech support. which takes an additional 72 hours if it happens at all. Usually it does not happen. The only practical way around this is to get your own device. Though, bear in mind, T-Mobile will not support 3rd party devices. I use the Cudy AX-3000 device. After a year it is still performing well (as well as the limits of T-Mobile will allow). It's been pretty much setup and forget for the Cudy. I have the device pass all traffic straight to a pfSense based router I built but the Cudy could probably do everything I do on the pfSense device. It has a full set of features and a good web-based GUI. I do port forwarding and VPN and a static IP (which costs extra with T-Mobile but is required to allow port forwarding). So 5 stars to Cudy for working every day of the last 9 months with no trouble or dropouts.

This router is the best so far in the 5G cellular network category and offers in-built security protocols. Despite being bit expensive but indeed a wiser investment considering all the features it brings with reliable and stable network across the home. I do not know any other router in market that supports such quality of product and offering complete remote access to the router. I would strongly recommend this router who needs cellular data on 5G.
