Why does the FedEx package say it weighs 100lbs when the projector only weighs 31lbs???

Sometimes FedEx can charge for oversized box, they have been surcharging shippers any way they can.

What is the return policy? I am not sure if it will be a good fit without testing.

Depends on the supplier but it's a great projector. Find a local av company that you can see a demo on if you are uncomfortable.
