After swapping a regular purse for a backpack when we moved across the world, I decided I really did like the idea of a backpack. I fell in love with the design on this bag and decided to take the plunge. It's a little more than I would usually pay for a purse but I am OBSESSED. The backpack/shoulder bag conversion is so easy once you figure it out and the bag is really a perfect size imo. Plus there are so many pockets it's easy to organize. Really hoping it holds up well because I love it. The value is great, as long as it holds up well I would 100% buy this again. Super comfortable straps for shoulder or backpack, and the color I got is super cute, I love that it comes in so many prints as well! I recommended it to my mom in another print.

I bought this purse almost a year ago and am looking to purchase another for Mother's Day this year along with some accessories. I like how easily I can convert it from backpack to handles. I normally go through purses seasonally but this is the first purse I have used year long. I feel like it holds plenty and keeps me from hoarding too much. My current one has held up to daily use and barely looks worn. I love the beauty and character of the design. I'm only getting a new one because I want to get another design.

Very well made. Great quality. I appreciate that the interior zipper pocket is reinforced with some kind of sturdy material between the fabric layers (probably thin cardboard or something similar) and the pocket is not a nuisance. The main compartment opens wide and items are easily retrieved, however the two front pockets are basically useless. But I expected that to be the case prior to purchasing this bag. You can just tell from the pictures that they are too narrow, and the material too unforgiving, to be of any use. The front snap pocket isn't awful, I use it for my keys and chapstick. But the front zipper pocket is basically just decoration, in my opinion. Still, I do like the quality and look of this purse and I am happy with the purchase.

The purse was exactly as expected and seems well made. The color was true to picture. The straps work well and easily convert from shoulder to backpack. I love the daisy and the accents seem well secured.

This backpack purse is amazing!. It meets or exceeds the quality I was expecting. It is a perfect size: slim, but still has plenty of storage for so many things; also, short and easy to wear as a backpack… I barely know it is there. I am also impressed with how well the ornamental design, on the front, was stitched … it is not a leather stamp or printed ornament, but separate leather pieces that were well-stitched onto the front of the purse.

I love Chala purses. They're high quality and super cute. My dentist even complimented me on it. I just wish it would have been available in a regular purse instead of the convertible backpack and that'swhy I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I never use backpacks and I'm not crazy about the straps when it's converted to a purse. But I am a seashell fanatic and I had to have this. I also love the color. Plenty of room in the interior with two slip pockets. All in all, I'm pleased.

LOVE this bag!! It's my second Chala bag! I love the first one so much I bought another and I absolutely love it! Both bags look like they will be small but they are actually super roomy. And I get tons of compliments on how cute they are. I would give Chala bags 10 stars if I could!!
