As a native Szechuanese , I would give 5 STARs for this package due to the high quality of it. I cook everyday and sometimes it's hard to find authentic Sichuan seasonings nearby, but thanks to god, Spicy Element saves me.I like all of the 6 spicys and I especially love the Mapo Tofu Sauce , Mala Pot Sauce , Hot and Sour Noodles Sauce, definitely wil buy them again!

If you crave for authentic Sichuan cuisines but have a busy schedule like many of us are, this product is a huge time saver when you are homesick. As a native Sichuanese who has left my hometown years ago, I tried many similar quick-cooking products on the market. Most of them are either too salty or just use tons of hot sauce simply because of "hot and spicy" reputation of Sichuan cuisines. The truth is that this brand's products are actually, and surprisingly, somehow combine all the right spices and flavoring to mimicking the tastes from hometown restaurants in Sichuan. I believe I will stay with this brand for many years to come.
