I’ve tried but I couldn’t take anymore, the daily doses are so strong you have to take 05 pills and them take so long to dissolve it I tried take half after lunch and the rest after the dinner but I always throw up and make me very nauseous.

It is deceiving because it says 2500 mg but it doesn’t specify that you need to take 5 tablets to reach 2500mg!!!!! Never ever again.
