I never write reviews but this product is brilliant. Easy to use. Easy to store. Removes a ridiculous amount of dirt it's quite shocking how much comes off the floor with no chemicals whatsoever. My limestone floor looks so clean and fresh and dog dirt gone. The cleaning pads are good quality and wash easily. I was going to buy a steam mop double the price but read reviews of this one and I'm pleased I only spent £60. I love the simplicity of this product.

Simple to use and brilliant. I have used this mop for 4 months now and it is so much better than I expected. It cleans and sterilises my new strip laminate floor without any chemicals really well. It is light and the cleaning pad washes and dries fast so you are not just pushing dirt around the floor like normal mops. It also works well on the vinyl flooring in the bathroom. Worth every penny.

Makes mopping the floor so easy! No chemicals needed, just water. Very effective. I love the washable pads. Just wish the cord was longer.

I bought a well-known UK brand steam mop some years ago and we did not become friends. In fact I hated it as I had to keep waiting (or pumping) for steam to be produced and cleaning would have taken forever if I hadn’t got rid of it ;-) A waste of money! My idea of a steam mop was to turn it on and it constantly produces hot steam without me losing the will to live. I came across this one and watched many YouTube videos as I had lost faith in steam cleaning. Not that I enjoy doing that but I wanted verification that it STEAMS, STEAMS, STEAMS! Well, if you are in doubt to invest in another household gadget that might not work: This one is absolutely fantastic!! - Ready in no time (as described less than a minute) - If turned off to change pads or so it is ready again in seconds - So powerful: constantly steams without the need to pump or do anything - Its 3 settings are well calibrated: * For my shiny porcelain tiles I use low or medium in order to avoid watermarks * For wood grain effect tiles I use medium * For wooden floors use 'low' (make sure to use a new dry pad that is not soaking) and it works a treat - It is very light and the cable is really long (though I put extensions cable on) - Sufficient tank size and easy to refill - Extra pads are quite expensive but worth it My summary: This unit is a real work horse. I am able to clean 120smq + of differently tiled and wood floors in no time. No sweating, no swearing - I am over the moon. The triangular version is sufficient and really good to get into the corners. I got an extra set of the original pads, a cheap string sport bag for all pads, refill container and carpet unit. When cleaning I grab the 'steam- mop-miracle' in one hand, extension cable over the shoulder with the pad bag and off I go ;-) Cleaning has never been so easy. A little attachment for narrow areas would be great. Busy countryside home with dog and garden right at the front door step and this unit ticks all boxes for me: squeaking clean in no time and without heavy equipment or hard work :-) And, not to forget the price is a fraction of some brands; it has no useless frills /bits so that I am hopeful that it will do great work for me for a long time.

Had one of these before but gave it away to someone in need. I’ve now bought another one, still great value for money. Very easy to use and manoeuvre into all corners and crevices! My only concern was with all the instructions that came with it, covering all languages! Fur such a very simple product to use I would have thought it could be covered on a couple of pamphlets.

Positives Very lightweight - This has pros and cons. There is very little pushing down on the floor due to the low weight. On the other hand it's great for lifting it up / down stairs or just general maneuverability. Very fast to get going. Even if you unplug it and start again from a different socket it will be ready again instantly. My other steam cleaner took about 2-3 minutes each time and this was reset after changing sockets, so very good. Water indicator is very good on the front. Steam settings - very easy to use High powered - the device puts out a lot of steam for a small unit. The highest setting is too much for hard floors so I use medium so far. Very small in storage - The top comes off. It was hard to work out how it goes once separated but once figured out it's fine. Cloths - very easy to apply using velcro and are cheap to replace Handle has no button - this is great because then you don't have to hold it in and hurt your hand all the time Environment - It came in a small box. This means that there is less packaging and is better for environment. The unit itself came wrapped in polystyrene though. Otherwise it comes in cardboard. Tall unit - it's tall enough for a tall person over 6ft Negatives Moving forwards - It doesn't like to move forwards in a straight line as it favors the straight edges on the front first. This can hurt your wrist a bit. Cable - a little short but is fine for 1 large room Conclusion A great steam cleaner. The speed, power and cheap cloths which are easy to apply makes it one of the best units you can get. If it were shaped a bit flatter on the front it would move in a straight line easier.

I am happy with the steam cleaner and the extra pads, in this case. I wished they were a bit more affordable, but else I an very satisfied, they clean well and you can wash them in the washing machine.
