Oh my gosh, I can't wait to turn this thing on and get on the sofa in the evening. I wear it all evening. The best feature is how the metal collar allows you to fit it snugly against your neck so that you actually get some heat on it. It's fairly attractive and very very comfortable. It has a magnetic clasp so it stays put. Worth every penny. I wish it got a little hotter, that's my only complaint, but none of the newer ones seem to get very warm.

This is a must have.. no more pain or stiffness. This product was a great value purchase. I use it frequently if my shoulders hurt or my neck is sore. It has adjustable heat settings so you can pick your level of warmth. I had a shoulder injury and this helped soothe the pain. The quality is great for this price. It looks bulky but it’s actually lightweight.

Got this to replace an older heating pad that you had to warm up in the microwave. That one cooled off in just a few minutes, and had a weird smell as well. Since this one plugs in it stays nice and hot as long as I want. I also appreciate the large size; my pain is mostly in my neck rather than my back, so the fact that it has a "collar" is a big plus. Only two things that keep me from giving it 5 stars. The neck collar doesn't come all the way around to the front, so it's hard to get the heat to the muscles on the front of my neck. And the mechnism for keeping it closed isn't adjustable; it's basically just two magnets that stick together, so there's no way to make it tighter or looser. I have a fairly small neck, so it fits a little loosely on me.

Love it!!! I bought two neck- shoulder heating pads of different varieties. Wow! This is weighted, convenient, EXTREMELY comfortable, tight around the neck, cozy. Can’t say enough positive things. If you have neck and shoulder pain, this is the one you need to purchase.

Working on the computer for too long made my neck sore. No news there. I'm short and realized I was constantly staring up at the monitor on my desktop. This heated wrap was one of the changes that made a real difference. This winter, I'd put it around my neck and shoulders and sit in my recliner, and feel rapid improvement. I'm plus size and had plenty of room around the neck. I like the auto-shutoff for when I fall asleep. The cord is a decent length and the control is easy to use. It seems well put-together and not flimsy. Recommended! I chose this partly because of the Sunbeam name (my parents had a Sunbeam heating pad for forty years) and the quality still seems to be there.

Love the soft material and that it's auto shut off. Works great to loosen up my tight neck and shoulders. Easy to use.

Here’s the good: I’ve used this product on and off for three years. It does a decent job of heat transfer for the price point.Here’s the bad: It stopped working and I can’t find a replacement controller, even from Sunbeam’s own website and recommended replacement part vendors.The longer: listen, I understand we live in a throw away economy and things are built to break so we will buy more stuff. But, when a product comes with replaceable parts, I’d rather replace the parts and keep the unit going. Call me old fashioned, I just hate throwing away something that could be fixed. Maybe it’s how I rebel, maybe it’s being frugal, maybe it’s because I can’t not think about the waste. It’s not like this disappears into space: nope it sits in a landfill, slowly deteriorating over centuries.Long after I’m gone my dead Sunbeam will be still decomposing instead of keeping another warm because Sunbeam stock couldn’t bear to manufacture replacement controllers.I can also buy another for $40 and be a complacent hamster on my wheel of conspicuous consumption.Boo.

Excellent quality and warmth. Auto shut off feature is nice. I wish the collar applied more heat than it does given it is my area of need. Size fits me very well.
