I love this product! It's easy to use, clean and store. I prefer the manual dial to digital and this cooker works very well.

Nice pot, good size, works well. A longer cord would be good, but I think they are short deliberately, so they aren't hanging off your counter.

I already have the 10 quart model, but needed a smaller version. But ...... this thing gets real hot real fast. So ..... it is in serious need of a light over the setting knob to: 1. Show that the darn thing is ON 2. Prevent a serious burn 3. Let you know what setting you have chosen. Bit of a challenge for us people who wear glasses Poor reason to save 20 cents on the construction of this cooker

It's fall and time for comfort food! Our crockpot bit the dust last year, so this was the replacement. I love the size, the way it seals and the temp options are WAY easier to understand and adjust compared to our older one. I made taco soup and it was lovely!

I ordered this and it came with a manufacturer mess up on the coating. I called Hamilton Beach and they had very kind customer service. They sent me a new insert free of charge and made sure I was satisfied. I cook in this all the time and it works great! It travels great as well and I actually have two or them now because they are so great!
