Compression should not be uncomfortable at any point, you should always choose a size that is comfortable and compressive at the same time.

Should I base my sizing choice on my pre op measurements or post op measurements?

We suggest basing your sizing choice on your pre op measurements as swelling will cause your body to be a similar size before settling into the final size over the course of 6-8 weeks

Who will help me identifying the right size based on my procedure ( Implants, Breast augmentation/ reduction)?

Always follow the surgeon’s guidance first. Surgeons often recommend a compression bra size based on the post-op chest circumference (under bust) and the expected cup size.
