Review: they don't leak. - I have bought several sets of these and they are great containers. I keep baking stuff in them (sugar, flour etc - I have also got the smaller ones and I use them for dried herbs) and they look good. They do come with labels, but I think they make the jars look tacky so I have stuck them on the bottom of the jars if I use them at all. Besides, I can tell the difference between whatever I have stored in them. I have a cabinet with glass doors and had been at a loss as to what to put in them I tried coffee cups, but the space was still to big. I love the looks of these things, though some might think it odd that I store flour and sugar in the same space I store dried oregano and anejos. They seem to be pretty sturdy, but since they are glass, I wouldn't want to drop one. I ran the glass parts through the dishwasher before I put anything in them and they held up just fine - and cleaned up nicely - kudos to my whirlpool dishwasher.
