I absolutely love them and feel like they help me feel better throughout my day. The price is higher than I think it should be considering it’s sparkling water but apparently they are full of all the good stuff that make me feel better and I believe they lessen my headache’s . Since they are so pricey I try to only drink one a day. The different flavors taste so good to!

I tried a ton of relaxing drinks to help me cut back on drinking, and Recess is hands down best tasting with just a subtle essence of that bite that scratches the alcohol itch along with a perfect level of fizz. AND they hit the relaxation aspect right on the head. It's genuinely calming without feeling like I'm just drinking liquid benadryl. I swear it literally helps me reframe my thinking and then actively engage in something relaxing, rather than just helping me temporarily forget what I'm stressed about. TLDR can't recommend them enough, I don't usually leave any reviews let alone a long positive one but this small business really deserves it, thank you to everyone at Recess, you nailed it!

This drink has a nice light, refreshing taste with a little fizz. I think it’s delicious and it actually has improved my deep sleep, likely due to the magnesium. It’s a bit pricey, but if you like to have an evening drink, it’s quite nice.

This is a very light tasting drink. I didn't find it to have much flavor. It tastes like a very lightly flavored seltzer water. In comparison to a couple other brands of the same type this one is my least favorite. I do notice the relaxing effect which I appreciate and it is a refreshing beverage. If you're looking for a very lightly flavored seltzer water with the relaxing effects this is a good choice.

I call these my “Calm the Heck Down and Relax Already” drinks and they’re magnificent! Chill, not sleepy. Smooth and slightly carbonated, no weird/chemical aftertaste! They work best for me mid-afternoon. Highly recommended!

I always hesitate when buying drinks that seem like a gimmick. But Recess genuinely surprised me. The mellow effect is subtle, yet noticeable. I feel more relaxed and less mentally cluttered without feeling too sleepy. I also love that there is no alcohol crash or hangovers to worry about. The flavors remind me of a seltzer, not too sweet and very refreshing. Highly recommend if you want a little mellow in your life without feeling knocked out or hungover!

Tasted good. Did not feel any relaxation during first can which was drank in moderate time. First can was the Rose one. However, I seemed to have a small allergic reaction which was a light skin rash on my legs, arms, and parts of my back, I haven't drank one since then because of that. Not sure I could send the rest back for a refund but I will send a message to them and ask.

I got this because I’m 29 weeks pregnant and feel under a lot of stress. Normally I would have a glass of wine but of course can’t do that right now so I figured this would be worth a shot. My midwife has recommended Magnesium for my headache and recently told me to try B6 supplement for energy and sickness. I was pleasantly surprised to see these were 2 of the main ingredients. My best friend who recently quit alcohol came over and we had one together, we both enjoyed it and definitely got the calming feeling so overall it did its job! I see people complaining about the price, it’s definitely pricey! But for those who go out and drink this is easily one tab for one light night of drinking out on the town, so I think it’s all about perspective here. (Note: this is my experience and I’m definitely not trying to give medical advice for anyone who is or is not pregnant, please talk to your own doctor.)
