The definitions of the archetypes and the strategies for navigating or changing them were truly enlightening. As I read, I often found my own approaches to dealing with different personalities validated or challenged. Additionally, there's a comprehensive section on what to do when all else fails. This book is fantastic, especially for those who struggle with office politics. Office politics are inevitable; the question is whether you know how to handle them to your advantage.
