Durable, has worked for years, high wind speed
Great fan, wish the oscillation radius was customizable, but after years of use, it has operated flawlessly.Taking it apart to clean the dust on the plastic filter is very easy. The fan feels very strong, and has 3 settings. Every setting is higher than any other fan that I've owned.

Honeywell makes great products, and this fan is no exception.
I pretty much run my fans 18 hours a day, 7 days a week, and all year long. I have four fans (two are Honeywell) and two Honeywell air purifiers. These products are solid and worth the money. This particular fan was a great purchase, because I know I will get years of use from it. One of my Honeywell fans has been going strong for over 8 years now! This one was easy to assemble, and does not take up much room. I find it to be relatively quiet, and it generates a very strong air current. I like the idea of the removable filter, it makes cleaning quite easy. The only thing I do not care much for is the remote. It is an awkward shape, not something that most people are use to handling. This is a great product in my opinion.

feature packed fan
I purchased three of these for different rooms and they really push a lot of air. The "low" setting is still pretty high, and probably a little noisy but I like the sound when I sleep. The high setting isn't quite as fast as my shop fans but they'll definitely push a lot of air. The thermostat feature is a nice touch as well. Note that they don't cool the air but they can be turned off automatically. The only oddity is the "breeze" mode, where the fan switches between two speeds (or low and off) in a pattern. I'm still not sure if I like that mode or not but I could see where it would be useful. With the stand extension attached, the fan is a bit wobbly but it doesn't seem to be a tipping danger if you're not pushing on it a lot. Maybe avoid the stand extension if small children will be near it so they don't knock it down.Over all, great fan!

So Far So Good
Got this thing because didn't have AC and have relied on keeping the window open for cooling, which doesn't work well in the summer. So thank God!07/09/2018: Just got it yesterday. While the box was a bit scratched up, the inside was well maintained. Assembly did not need any extra tools or hardware, which is always a good time, and while it is mostly plastic, I don't see it breaking on its own as long as you don't throw it around or anything. The fan while working at max speed has a nice cool breeze and in my small-ish bedroom it definitely cools the room down and makes a big difference, at least compared to just keeping the window open. It's also not that loud at all, which is a huge bonus for me because I'm usually on Skype a lot talking to my family or friends or work people and having this on in the background doesn't interfere much at all. The oscillation feature works as it should. I haven't yet used the timer feature, but the temperature feature is nice - you set a desired room temperature and the fan works until the room is at that temperature, then stops. That temp feature is good as long as you don't set the desired temperature too low, because then it will never turn off (unless you turn it off yourself) because it's not an air conditioner after all. Will update as time goes on. I really hope this lasts a long time!

Life Saver for Hot Nights
Picked this up to help ease the load off my portable AC unit I picked up a couple of years ago. In the tall set up you can assemble it at, it's tall enough to hit me while in bed, while fitting into smaller areas better than classic tall oscillating fan.It went together fairly easily, though I do notice that in its taller form it is a bit wobbly. Might be something to note if you have kids or pets running around. It also should be nice having the filter. My AC has a activated charcoal filter on it along with its screen, but every little bit helps in my opinion. Its also super easy to remove. The buttons on it take a bit to get used to, and my breeze function button likes to get stuck a lot, but once I had it down, its been easy so far!Even when it gets its hottest in my apartment and I cannot run the AC all night, just having this fan running all night keeps me cool enough to sleep the night through. We will see how she performs in the long term, but so far its been great!

All around great fan
Had one of these a few years ago and it was great then. Needed a new fan and found that they were still available. They take up about 1 square foot of space and can move a lot of air. The timer does work, haven't messed with the temp function. It will filter dust out of the air so it does need to be cleaned (vacuumed) every so often and that is a 30 second job, if that. The back snaps off and back on again. I do it one handed. The noise level is low, just the sound of moving air but zero motor sound. Had my last one for 8-9 years and moved and left it and as far as I know it's still going. Remote works well also.

Nice Fan with Great Airflow - I Bought it Twice
I purchased this fan for someone else as a gift. They were so pleased with it that I purchased one for myself. I love the slim profile and small footprint, and the cord length is generous as well. It's quite easy to find a spot to squeeze this into. The fan itself is powerful, and was all I used in my office during a summer heatwave. The oscillation provides excellent air flow, although I'm not crazy about some of the settings, such as "breeze": I don't quite get the point of a variable air flow, but maybe that works for some people. I also don't understand the temperature control, since moving the air doesn't actually change the temperature, it just provides the sensation of cooler air on the skin. When I initially saw a temperature setting, I thought there might actually be a heater within the fan (there is not). I believe some of these options are a little excessive and unnecessary. Although the fan comes with a pedestal, there are warnings right on the product that the fan is more stable without it. I prefer the pedestal, and if you are really concerned about stability, there is room inside the hollow pedestal to fill with gravel or something similar to anchor the base. Mine is tucked into a corner and there are no children around, so I am not that concerned about it tipping.
