What do the numbers mean 58.5 59.5 60 etc.?

Actually, the Acme website calls the 58.5 the "large" Thunderer, the 59.5 "medium", and the 60.5 "small". Also, the image is supposed to depict the Thunderer 58.5, but it appears to be the 58, so I'm not sure which one they would send to you.
