Can this be used with the Hario V60?

Yes! Our carafe works great with the Hario V60. You may need to adjust your grind a bit coarser to ensure that the drip down time isn't too long!

How wide is it at the bottom?

The diameter of the bottom is 12 cm (just under 5 inches).

How tall is the carafe itself?

The carafe is 7 inches tall, though there is slight variability (~1/4 inch) given that all units are handblown.

Can this be used with a Melitta ceramic pour-over cone?

I think so. I use a Kalita cone myself. I did find that OXO store has a cone with a small water tank that you fill and that drips the water for you. Also, I fill the carafe with water and microwave it for 3 minutes to heat the glass up, so your coffee does not lose heat when you brew. Neat carafe, I highly recommend it.
