Best flax meal
Bobs flax meal tastes great and easy to add to the oatmeal, overnight oats or cooked. Helps tremendously with the fiber intake and keeps me regular. My wife adds it to her muffins as well. Love the seal of the bag. It seals so much better than the so called press seals. Bob’s bags are like Velcro and keeps the contents fresh!

Red Mill Flaxseed Meal
I use this product to make flaxseed eggs (the directions for making this are written on the package) because I prefer to use this type of egg when I bake muffins (but there so many things you can make with flaxseed meal). The muffins I bake taste great! Their texture isn't changed by using flaxseed eggs one bit! The product arrived fresh. The ingredients? Whole flaxseed, that's all! Great company, Bobs Red Mill. Highly recommend!
