I have been taking these for years. They help to keep me “balanced”. I had no symptoms of menopause as long as I took 2 of these a day. I should say my husband keeps me supplied, lol! He does not want me to be without them!

They work ! I have been impressed with all of Andrew Lessman's products. The first product of his I used are the cranberry and d-mannos . I tried several different types before finding his . I was so impressed that within couple of weeks of taking them I already noticed a difference. And because they actually worked and worked well I moved on to his other supplements ,this being one of them. I'm 43 years old and I'm in the midst of perimenopause and everything that comes with that. I have been taking these supplements right at a month and I already can tell the difference My night sweats have subsided as well as many other symptoms of perimenopause. But these supplements are not just for those with perimenopause they are for women of all ages. If you have a menstrual cycle or even if you are in menopause the supplements will help. Highly impressed with all of Andrew Lessman's supplements and I recommend them to everyone who will listen. Not only do they work but I believe they are very well priced. Supplement is in capsule form which is easy to swallow and fasted to solve.

Fantastic result! I was having sleep issues and the first night I took two of these my problem was solved. I’ve had a sound sleep ever since and if I do wake up I fall right back to sleep. I’m in great shape and still look youthful and I want to keep it that way! I’ve never given birth to kids so I don’t have incontinence, hot flashes or any female health issues just the sleep problem. I don’t ever go to doctors because I prefer to use natural solutions instead of drugs and hormones. These are the solution! They are worth a try but give them at least a couple of weeks even though I had results the first day.

I didn't think this was really working at first. But then when I got to the end of the first month of taking them and I noticed: I have more energy, I sleep better at night and even if I wake up I go right back to sleep. Lessman's vitamins are outstanding. However, they are quite expensive. I still buy some, but I am trying to look for alternatives, as well, because some are much lower in price than Andrew's. If he were to keep his prices a bit lower, and he could do that, I would only purchase Lessman.

I take several AL products for prevention and good health. When I started to have hot spells for the first time in my life, it was also the first time I reached out to AL help me with an immediate problem.
