Just received this bologna and I could not be happier. Not too salty or vinegary yet very tasty. I had this years ago when friends would bring it from Michigan on their visits and I loved it then and love it once again! Will definitely reorder.

My roommate ate this when he was younger and made me order it for him. He loved it he also put boiled eggs in it.

This is a great addition to a charcuterie board. The pickling is not too strong. I grew up in Flint Michigan where this had been a staple in the fridge. The taste is delicious.

You won’t find this in stores in the south ..But back home they have it in all grocery stores absolutely the best. Try their hotdogs too

I was so excited to be getting my pickled trail bologna for my husband for Christmas. He's never had it before. I had it every year when I lived in Ohio and thought it would be a wonderful treat for him. I bought him a round of Amish baby swiss. I was all set to give him a scruptious food gift! The bologna just arrived and the top is BUSTED. What a mess! How disapointing! Can you get me another jar in time for Christmas? Being a former Northern Michigander, pickled bologna was something that I grew up with. This product was delivered with no runs, errors, or time outs. Perfectly packaged and fully sealed, it took me back to my youth. The ring bologna is of good texture and the pickling of good taste without being as salty as some brands. I do prefer a bit more pickling taste, but what is used should agree with most palates, as it does mine. Enjoy sliced on a Ritz cracker with a slice of Wisconsin medium cheddar cheese, or even with Salsa Con Queso Cheese Dip...oh my!

Lived in Lansing Michigan for 13 years. I haven't had this in 20 years, and it's still exactly as I remember it. If you like pickled meats, this is the best! I like it best with better cheddar cheese crackers, or cheesits if you cant find better cheddars crackers. Excellent while watching football, movie, and a great late night snack. I only have 2 issue's. First the packaging. The only thing keeping the liquid in, is the lid. There is no seal on the jar under the lid. The jar was shrink wrapped very well. However, the liquid did leak some. It got under the label as well. So once I got the package it was quite messy to unpack. Then I had to take the label off, then rinse the outside of the jar before putting into the fridge. This issue did not effect the product in any way, and is completely edible. Lastly, it is quite pricey. I dont recall this item costing this much when I lived in Michigan, but that was 20 years ago. On the flip side, it's so worth it! Get yourself some!
