I have been using this for the last seven months and it has worked really well for me. As a 28 year old working woman with a hectic schedule, I manage to work out three times a week and mostly follow a vegetarian diet. This protein fits right into my lifestyle. The chocolate caramel flavour is quite mild which I personally like. It is not overly sweet or artificial tasting. I usually mix it with almond milk or blend it into overnight oats and it mixes easily without any lumps. The biggest plus for me is that it does not cause bloating or discomfort. My stomach is usually sensitive but this one feels very light and clean. It also uses stevia as a sweetener which I prefer over chemical ones. If you are looking for a protein that is gentle, clean and easy to digest, this is a solid choice. Just do not expect it to taste like dessert. It is functional and supports recovery without any fuss.

I tried the Chocolate & Caramel flavour. Thankfully, I didn’t experience any bloating or digestion issues, but the taste is honestly very disappointing. The chocolate flavour tastes almost like medicine, and the caramel flavour isn’t much better. What concerns me more is the product verification process. There’s only a sticker on the package, which seems like something that could easily be replaced or tampered with. It doesn’t feel like a reliable way to verify the authenticity of the product. The protein itself may be fine, but the taste and verification system definitely need improvement. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend it at this price point.

Taste is not good, go for it only if you can bear stevia taste, I found issues with mixability, I can see small lumps in my blender even after blending it for more than 60-80secs

Great Texture , Based on my experience i found it athentic . Taste is just fine but too good a taste means more Carb for which we dont to spend our money.
