My letter board arrived very quickly and I was happy with the way it looked; the price is right and you get a ton of letters! Unfortunately, I was having some trouble getting the letters to stay in the board-- with the slightest bump, the letters would fall off. It was infuriating. However, I contacted the seller and he immediately shipped a brand new board at no cost. He was extremely responsive and polite, and my new board works perfectly. I am very, very happy with both the product and the seller!

Bought this board for my office and so far I love it! I change the quote once a week and people love stopping by to see what the new one is. It's easy to use, although you do have to cut each individual piece off which takes some time. The stand has a bit of trouble staying in the position it's set at but that's only really noticeable if someone bumps into it.

Just okay. I didn’t like that I had to manually cut apart each letter. The tool provided to cut the letters broke with the third cut. Also, the letters aren’t the same sizes.All in all, it is okay.

I just used it for the first time today. And it works nice. The material is good. The sender included a pair of ✂️ which is nice too. Overall a good product.

My 4 yr old and 5 yr old love this letter board! The size is just right for little hands. It's very sturdy. The felt was slightly damaged when it arrived. Unfortunately it's in a spot that is pretty noticeable. The letters were time consuming to cut out but easy to do with wire dykes. Nice quality, fair price, speedy delivery.

Very well made - heavy duty and perfect for some fun decor around the house. Used it to announce our pregnancy and our friends and family loved it. Was worried it might be too small but it's honestly the perfect size, anything bigger would've been too much.

Used for first day of school. Love it! A little hard to cut the letters out so make sure you use the scissors provided.
