I can't decide if they help my knee pain or not. They give a tingly feeling when in place, but I don't know how much over all impact they have. The adhesion is great. Having my knee sort of strapped makes it feel a bit better, but their overall claim I'm not sure.

To be honest I had to stop using them after 6/7 days as they lifted a bit of my skin as I was removing the pad. So I don’t really know how effective they are.

Ik was er sceptisch over maar nu heb ik ze altijd in huis. Na lange knieklachten nu geen last meer na het dragen van de pleisters. Voor 8 weken dagelijks gebruikt, geeft verlichting en ruikt ik nog eens lekker.

Verwende es über Nacht und mir hilft es schmerzfrei durchzuschlafen. Man riecht auch die eingearbeiteten Kräuter, die angegeben sind. Der Duft ist für mich angenehm.Klare Kaufempfehlung !!!
