Yes. Its comfortable for a ride of several hours. I keep this seat on my bike versus the stock seat

Yes it should I have the same one on my 2018

I'm 5'7" with a 30 inch inseam on an electra glide police. will this seat be too high for me or will i be able to flat foot my bike?

In my opinion, you won't be able to flat foot. I am 6' and when I switch to this seat for my wife to ride with me I can tell my feet are up higher.
