Arrived well packed, assembly was easy.Worked well for a couple of days, then suddenly it stuck and the nipping was working without pressing the button.the only way to stop it was by taking out the batteries.RETURNED

Good evening,I bought this product 2 months ago and it was working fine for a while. However, 2 weeks ago, I rode my bike in cold weather, and I checked the horn when I came back because the horn wasn’t working. The horn was very quietly playing, but it was so quiet that no one 1m away could hear it anymore. It used to work amazingly before and was loud enough even those wearing earphones could hear it. I was wondering if I could get a new one, because it was unfair that mine suddenly stopped working after 1.5 months because I need it for college. I know this is after the return period for Amazon, but I don’t know why it stopped working suddenly. I can send the old one back if you want to see the issue yourself. Please let me know as soon as possible. If this issue is solved I will change my rating to 5 stars.Thanks,Ram
