## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can a cat paw reach up and manipulate the feeder wheel to dispense food during non feeding times?**
A: Yes, she learned that all she has to do is move the feeder with her paw and food falls out. Not happy with this as I am trying to limit her food intake per Vet’s recommendation. I’m planning to return this item.

**Q: What portion sizes can this dispense? I need 1/8 cup dry cat food at a time.**
A: It has two different sized "portion wheels." For each of the four available meal times, you can set anywhere between 1 and 39 portions (one section of the wheel equals 1 "portion").
For the small wheel, one portion is 5g. 39 portions of the small wheel is 195g.
For the large wheel, one portion is 10g. 39 portions is 390g.

Hope this helps!

**Q: How do you delete the voice recording? i tried pressing the mic for more than 30 sec but it just recorded the background noise over the previous one**
A: On page 11 in the manual it tells you how. After you press the recording button for 3 seconds and you hear a beep, immediately press the record button again. You will hear two beeps.

**Q: Does the food tray attach securely to the feeder?**
A: Yes. The food tray snaps onto the bottom of the feeder. It is held securely in place by the weight of the feeder.
