Great ring pop. Stays on the phone and is very sturdy. Looks great too

I bought this item in Jan 25 and loved how well made it was. The ri g was very firm and the stand worked really well. I was happy with my purchase. Fast forward to May 25 and the ring is so loose I can't use it as a stand anymore. I have noticed the pin is protruding and can only guess that it will be days before it comes completely out. Sorry Spigen but this product is a fail.

I like the design and it worked well at first, attached to my iPhone 14 pro and also my Spigen MagSafe compatible case. The adhesion was OK for the most part, and I enjoyed being able to use the ring part as a stand. After a few weeks this has now become loose so it cannot be used as a stand anymore, which was a key reason for the purchase. I still use for extra security when holding my phone and it works fine for this.

Works well not the strongest of magnets but works well. Works best for me as a stand when I'm at the desk. Little on the pricey side but you get what you pay for. Also contact less payments don't work it attached to magsafe case.

I bought this at the start of June along with the Spigen OneTap Magnet Ring (which I actually quite like). I started out really enjoying it as the magnet is extremely secure and the ring was fairly comfortable compared to holding a phone without it. Although around 2-3 weeks in of owning it the hinge / ratchet failed and the ring would just freely swing which wasn't such a big deal to me as I didn't really use it at specific angles anyway and would mostly hold it. But a few days ago the actual ring snapped off as I was holding it which caused my phone to fall out of my hands and break my screen protector, if it wasn't for the screen projector I imagine my phone would have taken the damage instead. Unfortunately I'm outside of the valid return window and do not have the original packaging but have contacted Spigen support directly to see if there's anything that can be done and will update this review if that happens. Please do not buy this item as a number of reviews have also said similar things although in my case it seems to be worse. Update: Spigen support refunded me 12 hours after raising the complaint. I really do like their products and have many of them but it just seems that this one didn't get enough quality assurance testing.

Magnet is strong and leaves no marks or residue on the back of your device, and isn't overly bulky or protrusive. However, the ring is not the most comfortable or ergonomic for holding the phone, and after a month of use it's now so loose it can't be used as a stand any more, which also causes issues when putting the device in a pocket, as it catches because the ring swings freely. For a Spigen product, I'm quite disappointed, and will return the item.

Ring became very loose, had to stop using after a while as it was just too awkward and no longer worked as a phone stand. But annoying having it flop about and catch my pocket when I was trying to put my phone away.

It does have a nice amount of magnetic strength but if you move it a little too hard it will come off. It's great for extra stability and it's a nice stand.

It’s great if you don’t need a strong magnet. It sits on your phone nicely so your phone lies flat with your camera but bumps or putting in a tight pocket will make it slide.

Hinge is not durable and breaks down in five months. It has bit heavy weight and good magnetism.

The magnet is strong but ring got loose just after 2 months of use

After few month.hinge become lumpy.it better to buy those cheap brand at least they last longer and quarter less the price.disappointing for the brand the well know
