Wheatena Toasted Wheat Cereal, 20oz Boxes 2 Pack

I bought this item to replace a wheat cereal no longer found in my market. It works just as well and can be blended with oatmeal for a heartier hot breakfast cereal. It’s quite good tasting. The texture is creamy consistent with oatmeal. Add lite milk, banana and honey and your family is set to face the morning. We're on our second box and planning for another 2 pack order soon. It’s healthy, filling and economical. It will make bitter winter mornings a lot easier to tackle when you’re warm inside and out. Okay winter, I’m ready!! 😆

This is a wonderful hot cereal. When I was a child, Wheatena was available in most supermarkets. That’s no longer the case. But with a dab of butter and some honey, it’s so delicious. On a cold winter morning, there is nothing like it. Yummy!

I love wheatena. It must be a specific small group of us who really like it. I am one of them. With just a dash a maple syrup, you get to taste a sample of heaven. Assuming heaven is a bit gritty (which I suppose it is).

I grew up eating this on cold winter mornings. It's hard to find where I live, so having it available through Amazon is invaluable!

Hard to find in grocery stores. Childhood staple. Not instant-very good thing. No sugar. Great for breakfast or a snack.

I have heard about this since I was a kid. I get tired of eating other farinas (Cream of Wheat, Cream of Rice, etc.) and wanted to try something different. HOLY MOLY! This stuff fills you up FAST! I can easily eat two servings of Cream of Wheat, but I can barely eat ONE of this stuff. Wow. It is a bit bitter and earthy, so a little sweetener is very helpful. A little fat (butter, oleo, coconut oil) really helps it the texture and digestibility. Good stuff.
