I've tried a lot of different 'greens' products over the years, including various powders and also juicing raw greens of various types. Most of the powders are extremely foul tasting and are very difficult to mix into water. FS Greens are a miracle by comparison and are a complete game changer for me.The first amazing thing is that FS Greens almost completely dissolve into water. Just drop a heaped teaspoon in a glass of water, stir for 5-10 seconds and the greens are fully drinkable (see my video). The taste isn't too bad either. Greens like this are never going to taste amazing but the flavour is perfectly palatable and I no longer dread drinking my greens first thing every morning. If the flavour does bother you, just mix these greens into any kind of fruit juice or smoothie and you'll hardly be able to taste the 'green' element at all.As for the ingredients and the product itself - since using these greens for just over a week I've noticed that I have more energy; I feel more balanced; my skin and nails are healthier and I just feel great! The ingredients list includes a lot of things that other greens products don't, and the overall blend is spot on.Please Free Soul - never stop making this product because I want to keep using it forever!

I have been more than a year, i have been purchasing the Greens. It does really work, doesnot feel bloated. It helped me loosing weight.

I found that the health benefits of this drink may be subtle, but paired with a good diet, there is definitely better digestive system functionality, and I'm finding that I'm less bloated.I haven't noticed many changes beyond that, though I am satisfied. This is a great option for me personally, since I can struggle to get in enough fruit and vegetables during the day as a picky eater.One thing I will say is that I do not enjoy the taste at all. It tastes chalky and extremely earthy. I found myself forcing it down. But, I did only mix with water. It may be better with smoothies, I have yet to try.Still, the product suits the purpose I bought it for, which was the nutritional benefits. So, I can't complain!

I am suffering from IBS used to be on FODMAP diet and decided to stop gluten and dairy. But bloating and heaviness was there I ordered one of greens and helped me a lot but my energy was low. So I ordered this one and after a week of using it I notice that I am bloated again everyday and not going regularly as I used with previous one. But my energy increased. So unfortunately this is not for me even that I have energy. Must be some ingredients that make my IBS upset.

Such a great product! Had a couple of drinks made with the powder & I already feel more positive and energised.The amount of vitamins & nutrients is so wonderful.Taste is actually lovely & its easy to use.Very much worth the purchace. Thankyou

I started taking this every morning about 2 weeks ago and it’s given me more energy and reduced some of the bloating in my stomach. Not the best taste but manageable especially if you’re looking for something natural to give you a boost. I put a small spoonful in my water bottle every morning and start my day. It’s even helped me cut down my coffee intake as I no longer need that caffeine boost.

I am not an avid reviewer but have to say, I purchased this for the first time back in January 2024 as a last ditch attempt for someone who gets ill constantly, and I have not been ill since. Not even a cold. I love the taste, I have it with grapefruit juice every morning, and you can easily stretch them to every six weeks. I cannot recommend this product enough!
