SUNKISS Overnight Adult Nappies, High Absorbency, Medium, 12 Count

I have tried other products and feel that those who developed this really did their proper research and development. I consider this to be an excellent product and reasonably priced. No leakage worries and comfort.

Happy with these, I only experienced one issue and it wasn’t a huge problem, some of the fastening were a bit off. Sorted though with extra tape if wouldn’t hold.

These are good they fit well and are well made they feel comfortable and are very absorbent

Bulky and thick. I’m a side sleeper, and used as overnight nappy as intended use. Woke up dry even when soaked it. The tapes tho are not practical, once put in place, they won’t budge, even if have to adjust for daytime use. A landing zone would be good. Soft, comfortable, and the stretchy foam waistband is very nice against your tummy. I now need protection daytime as bowels a problem. But these are way too bulky, and would waddle in them,. So I use thinner nappy/briefs as won’t show as much. But a good all in one brief for double incontinence.

I am being very honest here, I have found the price of these pads are very overpriced. Some people have worked all their lives and don't get any help with funding to purchase them. It's pretty disgusting and makes me angry. I have purchased others that are cheaper and some work better than others. I have been bulk buying which brings the price down. Do your research and look at reviews similar to mine who will give an honest opinion. A pack of 10 or 12 don't go very far for the hefty price tag. 😕 I hope this helps someone who like me had no idea. I would also go see your GP and ask. Nothing ventured Nothing gained. Good luck

These absorbent under garments are great for day time use. They are quite thin and seem to be near capacity after 1-2 above average uses. The hook and loop tabs, two per side are quite strong and do allow for maybe one or two small adjustments before they start to rip. For multiple uses, it gets pretty heavy and needs to be changed quickly but in the event of an emergency it can work out. The interior leg guards are just right to prevent any leaks just be sure to line these up. For daytime use, whether it’s a walk outside on a warm day or inside the home these are pretty comfortable. Since these are more on the cloth side there is little to no crinkle. When disposing, they are easy to undo the tabs, roll up and use the tabs to secure the roll and dispose of. The tabs stay put once rolled up. The only suggestion is if you are on the end of the size or close to it, then size up. As far as medium goes, these do run small but are still manageable. All in all, at under $2/pair these are a great deal for hook and loop discrete under garments.

The fit is incredible, the tapes hold well, and the elastic bands at the waist are excellent. The outer fabric is very impressive, soft, thick, and sturdy. Overall, it feels like a high-quality product. The only small area for improvement would be the absorbency, which I wish were just a little higher. Still, I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend it.
