GNC Mega Men Extreme Athlete Vitapak 30 Packs NEW & Improved!

Have been taking this product for about a week so far and am already seeing results. A couple things to be aware of though. I definitely recommend taking everything spread out throughout the day. I mimic another review in that I take one multivitamin, one NO, and the X12 before my morning workout. Afterwords I take the second NO, and the Creatine and take the last Multivitamin before bed. This seems to give me the best results. I used to drink coffee in the morning but not anymore, this thing loads you with energy (caffeine). Overall satisfied with my purchase. Probably would not spend full retail for it though.

I used this and in the end nothing changed.I eat proper, work out proper, sleep proper and I sit proper. :)These pills which are huge in size, just on the first day gave me a boosty kind of feeling (maybe it was psychological) but then the rest of the time I was quite normal, actually, towards the end I was feeling tired and weak if I didn't take these pills.So it made me feel worse in the end, it made me feel like, I need these pills just to feel "normal"I finished the pack and for couple days I felt very weak, nothing changed in my size, body mass, fat ratio, strenght.Save your money and get your needs from NATURAL SOURCES.

I've used this as well as the Performance & Vitality packs and I'd have to say, I'm not going to renew my GNC gold card any time soon. I can get products here cheaper than GNC's gold card can. I take the entire vitapak with a protein snack about an hour and a half before my workout and it usually kicks in in about half an hour with the rush that is the X12 thermogenic. It gets me pretty pumped to get my workout in and I'm able to blaze through a crossfit workout with maximum effort. Remember, this is a SUPPLEMENT, so you won't get desired benefits unless you eat, sleep, and workout the right way.

These packets have everything you need to build a decent body. I wouldn't suggest it for a serous bodybuilder, but for your average guy, it will work fine. Just remember to take a packet a day, even when you don't work out.

I take these and i don't know if they're doing anything amazing, but i assume they can't be hurting me.
