I couldn’t believe my scale!I have tried so many different supplements to help me lose weight. These pills are amazing! I first started talking them after I came back from Mexico and seen the picture I was tagged in and I realized something needed to change. I started taking them and right away others started noticing a difference in my shape. They also gave me a lot of energy during the day that I wasn’t even forced on eating. When I was taking the I didn’t change my eating nor was I working out.

Skinny gal has really helped me get a boost through the day. I have lost 25 pounds now. I purchased these pills when I hit a plateau losing weight hitting the gym and these pills broke it. I will also say I notice a difference in my mood and appetite the days I forget to take them.

I've only had it a week so not sure how the losing weight part works yet. It does give me more energy but doesn't really curve cravings for me.

Stress is part of my life and I'm sure you can understand if you have kids like I do. I just don't have time or discipline to hit the gym at 4am before the kids get up and work starts.
