Saves Time and money ๐
As a restaurant manager, I still have to work within a budget, and this has become my go-to commercial toilet seat whenever one breaks. Special Toilet Seat Useful In-Home Also

best seat I have ever had it does not stain which is epic in my house. It is super comfortable well made and simple. I bought one for my beach house too. Now I am thinking of getting a spare just in case.

Nice seat but very very slow to go down.

Comfort and stability.
Easy sitting and open front for easy access for cleaning and the seat lifts for easy cleaning on the bottom of the seat. Sturdy material. It was a little bit more difficult to install due to the toilets molded form.
