what is the smallest hole that the looped end and metal crimp will fit through?

i was able to push it thru a small piece of 1/2" i.d. pvc pipe. barely, but it fit thru.

Has anyone used this outside (I want to lock my fence)? Is it weatherproof?

it's stainless steel - it better be good outside! we use a pair to secure our dock ladder.

For the 70” 2 pack, is it 70” for each of the two packs or is each cable 35”?

each cable is 70" and i got 2 of them in the package.
