BONAI AAA Rechargeable Batteries, 8 Pack 1100mAh NiMH Batteries with Smart Universal Battery Charger

It’s nice in this day of being careful with my dolllar to encounter a company that is friendly and quick to help! I didn’t need to use the AA batteries in this order until a month after they were received and when I did, I noticed that one of the batteries didn’t work. I emailed asking for a replacement and they promptly replied and sent me 16!!! No hassle over the month before they were used, and WAY more replacements than I requested. Such a relief working with friendly, reliable people… with a great product, as well! Thank you BONAI! I really appreciate you!

Was only able to use the charger one time before it failed. Customer support tried was quick to respond and try to send me a new one but 2 months later and still nothing. Apparently my address is "too far away for multi channel shipping" and carriers won't deliver here. I know it's not the company's fault but the fact remains I did not get it warrantied and have wasted money. UPDATE EDIT: Changed from 2 Star to 5 star. Customer service is TOP NOTCH. They told me if I ordered a new one they would refund me for the order and they did as soon as I let the know I received the order. The new charger is working perfectly and on its 3rd cycle. They mentioned that they updated and fixed the manufacturing fault recently it seems like its working. Highly recommend this company.

These batteries came in clutch. I no longer have to worry about my son asking for batteries every other day for his gaming accessories. I save a ton of money on batteries now. Thanks to these, they charge quick and last forever perfect as a small gift or even just to save you a little money.

Recharge the battery but not to 100, what I don't like is that it heats up quickly. The material is resistant and of good quality, the separators are very well designed and have their spaces in each battery.

This is a simple to use charger that seems to work very well I like the lights on it that you know if the batteries are charged or not and when they're finished.

This is the best brand of battery charger I’ve found and Im happy enough with the brand and charger’s that this is the third one I’ve ordered to charge all my batts

ITS A GOOD CHARGER BUT YOU CAN ONLY USE THE BATTERIES THEY SELL FOR THIS UNTIT COMES WITH (6AAA) OR IT WILL GIVE YOU ERROR CODE AND NOT CHARGE WISH i WOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT BEFORE I BOUGHT AA CHARGBLES AND ITS TO LATER TO RETURN
