Dulux 500007 Silk Emulsion Paint For Walls And Ceilings - Daffodil White 2.5L

I bought this small magnolia paint sample pot to cover up any worn areas of paintwork on my walls. Much cheaper and simpler to use than buying a full pot of paint which then starts drying out once it's been opened. Come with a neat little roller too, so no need to use/wash a separate paintbrush. Simple to use: just shake the pot thoroughly, take the lid off, remove a small piece of foil, squeeze the base of the pot and roll it on a piece of paper to test the paint is flowing properly. Then roll it over the place you need it. Works great as a cover-up for the odd mark/scratch where the paint just needs touching up. I'm thinking of maybe buying one of these each year and going round the house to cover up any marks on the walls.

Colour as expected - we couldn't get this in stock from B&Q and Amazon had in stock so ordered from them. 2x coats and went on easily - we are happy with the results - our son wanted a bright yellow feature wall for his bedroom and this is not to garish but bright enough for him to be happy.

The paint seems to offer very good coverage but the colour is very different than that shown on tube and even on photos from other reviewers so have no idea what’s going on. Don’t know if people edited photos or I just got a bad batch but this is the colour exactly as it looks like in person. It’s very dark and greenish

Always good to be able to test a colour where you want it to go this is a lovely bright yellow
