Well organised cabin trolley for short stays
Its very good cabin trolley with all accessories required for a single day or short trips. Loved the option to access laptop without fully opening the trolley.

Good but expected more
i brought the product from amazon on Oct 23, 2023 after using it for a coupe of days the zip of the trolley is giving up (seems its a common issue), was not much happy with the product quality w.r.t to the cost they are charging for this product. emailed Customer support- though it took a quite bit long but it got repaired. Faced issue with the TSA key lock for which yet to hear from customer support.Moral:The overall product is innovative and good. But i think you need a more proactive and robust support system.

Poor zip quality
Looks designer and tough but to make it economical, quality has been compromised.Poor quality plastic zip failed even in 3-4 uses.Stiching thread around the zip has also came out to make it unfunctional 😥😥Waiting them to respond on warranty !Not recommended at all 😕!

It’s not durable what they claim
I liked the design so I happen to order this bag. Less spacious but what they claim of hard design and non breakable is not true. My bag was hardly used and while packing, the bag developed a crack from the base. I have sent the details to the customer centre team and I am expecting a replacement since they give 5 years warranty.

Easy to packup all things and comfortable on carrying the trolley with laptop and all in one baggage

Looks cool but not very practical
Bag is significantly heavier than other trolley bags of the same size. The laptop sleeve isn't very practical, since it can only fit laptop or some notebooks. I couldn't even keep my charger or glasses in there. My 14 inch laptop was barely fitting so I think larger laptops might not fit.The bag has a TSA lock which I feel is impractical since it's a cabin bag.Apart from that, looks really cool that's why I'm keeping it.
