Sharp Big Bang 115dB Alarm Clock for Heavy Sleepers, Dual Alarms

This alarm clock is AMAZING! If you’re a heavy sleeper, this is definitely worth trying. The alarm is incredibly loud and actually gets my attention in the morning. I also love that there are several different sounds to choose from, so I can change it up depending on my preference. The adjustable tone and volume are great features, and the clock is easy to set up and use. I’ve tried plenty of alarms before, but this one really stands out. It gives me peace of mind knowing I’m much less likely to sleep through an important morning. Highly recommend this for anyone who struggles to wake up, especially heavy sleepers. It definitely does what it’s supposed to do!

A nice alarm clock, easy to set , alarm is very loud and adjustable as well as the brightness. Battery backup is nice but I think the alarm doesn’t work if the power is off. Seems to be very accurate time wise.

This Sharp Big Band Super Loud Alarm Clock - is the real deal. It isn't a normal loud, it is EXTREMELY LOUD! Which is exactly what I wanted and needed! It has different wake up sounds and has I think 1-15 different loud settings, 15 being the loudest. If your anything like myself (I would call myself a very, very, HARD sleeper, anything above "10" will work for me) but I still have it all the way up just so I know ill wake up regardless! It's a blessing and a curse to be able to sleep like I do, but the curse is that normal alarm clocks just don't do it! I even looked into those alarm clocks with a shaker for your pillow.. I can tell you with how loud this is, you don't need anything else but this alarm clock! To give you a little example of how deep of a sleeper I am, when my fiancé and myself were in the hospital after our third child, the fire alarm for the brand new hospital we were in, went off and everyone on our floor ran out of their room thinking if was for real, and this was around 3AM in the winter, there was snow on the ground outside - I was still sleeping on the bed completely unfazed from this gigantic alarm going off through the hospital. Yes I was a bit sleep deprived as well but still, even if I wasn't, I would not have woken up.. So after saying that type of story, and for me to say this works for me should tell you how loud this alarm clock is!! I will say if your sharing a house with roommates, small kids, or a family - you may want to let them hear it so they at least don't awaken frightfully when it goes off lol regardless where this alarm is located in your house, it WILL wake up people throughout the house if you have to have it on the loudest setting. My fiancé can literally wake up to her phone vibrating in the morning. She is a very light sleeper so if she was around in the morning to hear this alarm clock go off it would probably blow her eardrums out (lol being a little dramatic but it is extremely loud when your right next to it) but really this is so loud it will wake some up everyone in the house. In all seriousness this alarm clock does its job for HEAVY SLEEPERS and is a fantastic!! I have loved it since the first morning Ive used it. It has not let me down yet and I HIGHLY recommend this alarm clock to the people that sleep similarly to myself. 5 out of 5 stars for this product! Love it!!

I really like this clock. It has controls that are intuitive, the display is very good, and most of all, the alarm is very loud! You can also select from several humorous alarm themes. In fact, I've bought three of these. But not for the reason you think. These clocks have a "wall wart" power supply. If your clock falls off your nightstand and hits the part where the cord plugs into the clock, it will destroy your clock. Now, if you're one of those people who NEVER have knocked an alarm clock off your night stand, there's nothing to worry about. BUT if you're like the other 98% of us, this WILL happen to you. The circuit board where the power plug from the wall wart plugs into the back of the clock is apparently very flimsy. Drop the clock onto the floor and the power plug will get pushed in and the circuit board will break, leaving you with a $27 paper weight. It happened to me TWICE. It WILL happen to you. If you don't mind replacing the clock every 60 days, this should not be a real problem.

Very loud. Easy to set or adjust tome and/or alarm times. Several different alarm sounds available with large range of volume including a VERY loud setting. I love this thing. I set mine to the "rooster crowing" alarm sound and set it to the lowest pitch version - at max volume. I think it would be near impossible to sleep through. And I have definitely slept through alarms before. Not this one so far though. I'm deaf in one ear and even if I turn over so my "good ear" is down against the pillow, this is loud enough that I'm confident there is no way I'm not going to wake up. ONE downside - The size of the display is a little small. Big enough when adjusting it - but not really big enough for easy visibility without squinting when looking at it from across the room while in bed.

Due to a series of dark and chaotic events in my life, I find recently that I am impossible to wake up. Not difficult, not kind of a pain, but fully impossible. The siren song comfort of sleep was interfering with my work and life. That is, until now. Now, with the help of whatever this demonic gift from my fiancée is called, I wake up on time every. single. merciless. morning. in a blind, rage-filled panic on a quest to find and violently extinguish the source of the insanely loud and obnoxiously perky bugling coming from this little clock. Why does it sound so cocky? It’s infuriating. It sounds smug. Like it is mocking me. It is very sturdy and hefty for its size, *somebody* keeps throwing it against walls and down the stairs and it still works like new. Unfortunately. The time hasn’t started moving backwards or anything so that’s good I guess. My cats hate it and so do I. 10/10 does what it’s supposed to do.

I’m a very heavy sleeper, and after getting in trouble for being late, I decided I needed something I could actually rely on. This alarm clock has been a game changer! The 115dB alarm is LOUD and echoes throughout my entire room. I keep it on my desk away from my bed so I can’t just reach over and hit snooze, which makes getting up much easier. I’ve relied on this ever since I bought it, and it has given me a lot more confidence that I’m going to wake up on time. If you’re a heavy sleeper, this is definitely worth considering!

Two alarms, very nice brightness adjustment for those of us who like our bedrooms dark and are irritated by the various lights that electronics provide. More important, the alarm can be set to a variety of volumes from quite soft to ear-piercingly loud. There are a variety of sounds, from the stock beeper to a bugle and others in between. Its an alarm clock and it does what it is supposed to do. The manufacturer thought it out though, and included the "nice to haves" that make it a really good buy. In my case, I even got a retroactive refund because an export fee was reduced after I paid for the thing. The refund was small and Amazon probably spent more processing it than I ever collected - so a nice aside there on a good business practice...

I was looking for a loud alarm clock, as I am a heavy sleeper. The alarm clock on my phone wasn't cutting it anymore. I looked at many different alarm clocks, and nothing quite stuck out like this one. I thought I would give it a try and for the price point figured it would be a decent product. Instructions were clear and easy to read and set up. The multiple alarms is nice for those days I don't want to wake up at the same time. The variety of alarm sounds are loud, my personal favorite is the rooster. It wakes me up and gets me out of bed. Thoroughly impressed with this alarm clock.
