2022 Updated 3V ~ 24V 1.5A 36W Universal AC/DC Adapter Variable Power Supply with Volt Diaplay, 100V-240V AC to DC Adjustable 3V 5V 6V 9V 12V 15V 16V 18V 19V 20V 24V with 8 Tips

The voltage is controlled using a knob that has no stops so it's hard to tell what voltage it is set to. There are labels, but it's all by eye. Notches at the more popular voltages (3, 5, 9, 12, 18) with the ability to still place the dial at other spots would have made this 5 stars. I needed this for 24V so I just turn the knob all the way and it is fine for me. I'm not sure I would use this for lower voltages as I wouldn't be sure what the voltage was or that it would stay at that voltage since there are no stops. So my rating is for the ability to use it as I needed at 24v. I also wasn't sure what tip I needed and the set did include the one I ended up needing.

This was the most versatile power supply I could find when it comes to the small inexpensive type. The fact it goes up to 24 volts and has 8 adapters will allow this to cover about anything you need. This PS does have some flaws, the main one being the dial. The dial moves freely and doesn't click into place at each voltage, so you have to be careful not to move it by accident. If you need to be 100% accurate on the voltage you may need to measure the voltage because the marking may not be exact. For almost everyone the markings on the dial will be fine. I currently use this power supply for 24 volts and it works great.

The voltage is a little off, and not consistent. I have to check it with a volt meter every time I use it, because it's not like it's of by .5V or .8V, it's off by .3V sometimes and up to 1.2V at other times. You get what you pay for. It does work, but check it's output so you don't fry any of your electronics.

We had a machine (Silhouette cutter / printer) with a bad power supply cord. We were having such a hard time finding a replacement with the right voltage and amperage, and then we found this! We were on pins and needles waiting to make our son's birthday party invites, and thankfully this power supply worked.

This power supply with changeable connectors is really useful. I've used it for drone battery chargers, guitar pedals, and other items. I gave it 4/5 stars for two reasons. The first is that the micro usb connector is finicky and the variable power knob doesn't snap to voltages (makes me a little wary that it could get bumped up by accident). These aren't really major issues for me and I have not had trouble with the lack of snapping to voltages yet.

Overall, happy with purchase. The only issue was where it plugged in on my cordless phone base is too big and you have to lean the base at a weird angle for it to fit and power up the phone.

I'm glad they make one that can work for about everything I need power supplies for. I lose them. or sometimes I want to move something without having to get to the plug. All the adapters make it good for all kinds of things.
