I ordered a 2mm 26 inch chain to start. I was impressed with the look and feel of the chain. The design (square rolo) was really nice, liked it better than a box chain but the length was too long for my pandora charm. I wanted the 22 inch but it only came in 1.5mm so I ordered that one along with a 5mm 16 inch for my teenaged son. I was all set to use the 22 inch with the charms but the jump ring for the clasp was too big even though this was a thinner chain (1.5mm vs 2.0mm) as a matter of fact it was the same size jump ring that was on the 5mm chain, go figure. I took pliers to it but that made the 2 ends of the jump ring double up and need as much room to get through. I can squeeze the charm on but not double thread it as I wanted to. I didn't take any stars away from the item as it's still a nice chain for the money but you should be aware of the jump ring discrepancy. I now purchased a 4th chain from same seller (holyfast) in the 2mm 20 inch length and hoping the jump ring is small like on the first 2mm chain. I also feel the chain design shows up much nicer in 2mm over the 1.5 which looks similar to my box chains.

It’s really a nice chain, but I should have chosen the smallest size -2mm. This 3mm seems too thick for my husband’s military dog tag. The other thing I don’t like is the clasp. This chain might fall one day if I don’t replace it to a more sturdy clasp. But then I still like it. The price is just right!

I have purchased several of these for a few years in 24" 3mm and 26" 3mm to replace the low quality chains that come with most Essential Oil Necklace/Locket Diffusers. When I am giving one as a gift I automatically buy these chains to switch out now. They are stong, smooth and look great. They do have a good weight to them, but I think it helps it lay better while wearing. Very nice lobster claw clasp that I am able to do easily and the ring does fit through the locket if I use a small tweezer to guide/angle the ring to it's narrowest point so it slips through. I haven't had a single one of these chains break yet and I wear all day every day-so does my mother and daughter-and we've been wearing them for years.I like the 24" length and longer because it can be put on and taken off over the head when my arthritis flares.

I was hesitant to buy a necklace online and I feel like I proved myself right. The sizing was perfect and was a heavier than anticipated but the ring holding it the necklace together with the clamp broke after wearing it for three days. I wear my necklace under my shirt so it's in one spot all day and never hits anything or gets pulled. I take it off to sleep, shower, or anytime I think it could be messed up on accident and it still breaks with minimal use which is disappointing. My pendant which I bought the chain to hold thankfully fell into my lap and I didn't lost that, but now I can't wear it because I had to cut the original string it was on to get the chain on it. BUYER BEWARE! EDIT: THE REPLACEMENT THEY SENT ME BROKE AFTER A WEEK!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

I love these necklaces this is the 3rd one I've bought! I have 3 different sizes and I'll be back for more. They never turn and are very durable but they look expensive.

I have a metal allergy and am not normally allergic to stainless steel. However had a horrible allergic reaction to this necklace so it cannot be just stainless steel. My chain broke!!

I have high metal sensitivities.Although this item is steel, for those unaware, many jewelry items stamped 925 are not even that purity--they're just a place somewhere melting down metal and stamping in that 925.I typically cannot wear silver, or even 10k gold, but one thing I CAN wear is stainless.This must have come directly from my local Amazon center, as I got it next day.I have sterling pendants that are antique and very heavy that hit my shirts (not skin) and I was looking for a chain strong enough to take the weight of some of these things, such as sterling cameos which are quite heavy.This did the trick, looks great, and I am buying more as I type this review.Thank you!Happy Festivus!
