Excellent rope light
Great neon rope light! It’s bright, easy to install, and the app and remote make changing colors and effects simple. The music sync works really well and creates a fun atmosphere for parties or relaxing at home. The flexible, waterproof design is a nice bonus. Excellent value for the price!

Seller sent a sub-standard replacement product.
(13/06/2024) Update on my below review, after contacting the seller, they were quick to respond and extremely helpful. After reviewing the video clip of the faulty product, they have agreed to send me a replacement, which is a great after-sell service response. As mentioned in my previous review, I felt the product was great and will highly recommend anyone.(10/06/2024) It is a good quality product until working, When I tried to reinstall after connecting to a new WiFi network, it wouldn't come on.I bought the product in April, so within 3 months it has stopped working, for the price paid, I expected it to work for at least couple of years.

Huge drop in quality
Brightness is poor compared to the older model which was only 12v, they also look much cheaper.One strip the green channel was green, the blue channel was blue and the red channel was... green.One strip only 1/4 of the blue leds worked.There are many dark spots between the leds despite their claims otherwise.The wifi function has gone in favor of a cheap control module.They'll be going in the bin and better replacements sought.

Misleading product pictures
Pictures would lead you to believe that you can have multiple colours appear on the strip at the same time. This is not possible. So returned product to get refund

Remote control
The rope itself is very good and looks amazing the remote control is garbage tho with no range I spent a fiver on a new battery today to no avail!Also the app for the 16million colours they hype about is only available through WiFi NOT BLUETOOTH so for me in my campervan I can only get the basic colours but the remote control is the problem here.
