Figure and "Kenner" card packaging arrived well protected with no damage to either. Very happy with purchase.

I bought this collectable figure to have on my desk at home and it looks great. The Darth Vader figure is well detailed and somewhat poseable. The arms, just as the character in the movie is able to raise his arms fully above is head, which is fine by me, but the grip on the lightsaber is limited. The range of motion on the arms is good, but not the best for posing. The only real flaw is the lightsaber. The red lightsaber blade can be removed from the hilt which one or both can be lost if misplaced. If you plan to keep it in the package, no problems, but if you use it as a display piece on you desk or shelf or give as a toy to a child, the lightsaber can come a part and be lost and the limited positions the figure is able to do. As a budget friendly display piece out of the box or a toy for a child to play with, it is excellent.

Arrived quickly, well-packed, and in excellent condition: no dents, creases, or marks on the card. As for the figure, how could I resist? As an old school Star Wars fan (grew up in the 70s and 80s), and a Vader afficionado, this is a great collectible, and no more expensive than it was 3 years ago, when I somehow missed picking it up for the first movie's 40th anniversary. (Often, these collectibles are snapped up by non collectors, just to be re-sold at an exorbitant price.) I'm very satisfied.

We bought this as a gift for my husband, and he loves it. The fact that the figure is posable was a big factor in choosing this, and it didn’t disappoint. It looks really cool on his desk! I can’t speak to the durability of the figure, but ours will be a display piece only, so that shouldn’t be an issue.

Looks like a great toy and I think my son will love it. I’m giving it 4 stars only because the package was already opened when I received it. Luckily it’s for my son and I’ll just tape it together and he won’t know. But if it were for someone else I don’t think I’d give it because the package being opened makes it look used.

It's a great figure from a great series. As an adult collector and lover of all that is Star Wars, it's a great addition.

I buy all the black series. I use them for toy photography.
