Constructed with EPDM tube and cover, which makes it resistant to abrasion, heat, sunlight, ozone, and weathering. It has a bend restrictor on the inlet to prevent damage from kinking at the coupling.

Jeez Lewis's it's rubber!
I'm so sorry anyone that says hoses kink have not had this in their daily watering life... Of course all hoses kink! Come on folks! I found this hose to not kink once water pressure is full on and if it has a but hole in the hose while pulling it around a flip is all you need to undo the but hole! One thing for sure, this hose with water in it is a heavy pull when watering. as far as the feel in the hand, excellent and robust with feeling substantual... if you are a wimpy gardener go with some other kinking hose! I cut my 100 foot hose into three 33.3 foot sections and ordered these hose ends to establish a good foundation for non leakers... < https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B088N5QMHG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1 > I also used a magic wire connector device to reestablish a leak free repair at the new cuts to create shorter hoses... < https://www.amazon.com/Clamptite-Kit-Plated-Aluminum-Wingnut/dp/B01AKP722S/ref=sr_1_4?crid=3KSJAODQRC6E2&keywords=clamptite+tool&qid=1652665774&s=hi&sprefix=crimptite%2Ctools%2C154&sr=1-4...but I used .041 SS wire... Just the right crimp and I also used scotch electrical tape with a supper glue on the last 2 inches of tape to keep it from comming apart over the crimptite wire clamp... A bit of work and some time goes into the crimptite work, but well worth the time when considering how SS screw clamps hang up on any garden outcropings of the kind that alwasys keep one from pulling a hose in the correct direction. I'll be back if anything changes on the negitive curve... bit so far I see positive results from my working with this product... The black hose is 100 foot long and the red hose is 75 foot long...money well spent when you look at what these hose sharks want fro a 25 foot 3/4 rubber hose by this company...Gcx

No joke Heavy duty
Not the best garden hose because it's heavy. But really good for construction...

Solid to the max! Black hose not red! Proper hose connectors
Pros - solid rubber. Large diameter so flow rate is great! Seems to be 100 foot but havnt measured it. I had read another got shafted with 85 feet.Possible consIf your not a stronger person I would stay away. This is a hose meant for long term and high flow use. If you need to water a garden quickly this is the way.Buy it. Its best deal ive found with 2 day shipping for the proper quality you should recieve for the price and advertised use. It is black not red and has the correct fittings one being male 3/4 and the other female so it will work with standard spout

Not drinking water safe.
I thought $25.00 was expensive. The cheaper stuff today can't handle pressure or the heat of the Sun. The connections are weak, leak and break. When is a good deal a bad deal? When it breaks and you have to send it back. I don't send junk back because my time is worth more than a junk hose and of course, who keeps receipts to big box stores?. In the end, now that I can, I buy better stuff and forget about it.My record with recent yellow and orange big box store hose purchases, their best/expensive hoses, four out of seven hoses have had to be replaced. To me, this is an expensive hose. I'm having to buy several hoses, so this is getting more expensive with each hose I buy. And when it's time to get more hoses, I'll buy the expensive hoses because price aside, this is a very good hose that can handle high water pressure so I don't have to run around turning the water off. I don't have to worry about the hose looking like it's going burst. The hose can handle the heat of the sun and the fittings don't break. This is what I expect of a hose. This last hose purchase is a 100' hose; lucky me.

Best 3/4 Inch Rubber Garden Hose
This was the best 3/4 inch rubber garden hose I could locate. I'm done trying to use vinyl or rubber/vinyl hoses, as they just don't last and many times smell of an awful chemical plastic smell, even if they say that they're drinking water compatible. I've returned my last rubber/vinyl hose to the manufacturer under their lifetime warranty three times, since it lasts only a year or two. This hose has heavy machined brass couplings and a fairly heavy EPDM rubber construction so it is inherently kink resistant yet very flexible (much more flexible than any vinyl or rubber/vinyl hose). It also weighs nearly twice that of a so-called industrial/commercial vinyl hose. Although I would not hesitate to purchase this again, there is room for improvement. First, the brass couplings are bare brass, and nickle-plated brass would be better. The outer jacket seems a bit thin because the braided reinforcement is bulging out more than any other rubber garden hose I've owned. The hose seems to be made for interconnecting farm and industrial apparatus, so I am just not sure if it will wear well as a hose that gets dragged constantly across abrasive pavements, but time will tell. Made in USA with a lifetime manufacturer's warranty.

Wonderful hose.....but
This was my choice and I thought it was great but we didn't have a winder yet for the frontand my bride decided that even with a winder it would be way too unwieldy for her to lugaround the front yard and driveway; she likened it to a fire hose, so, reluctantly, I returnedit for a skinnier red rubber hose and made her happy. And we lived happily ever after.(but when I need a new hose for the back of the house, one of these just may turn up againin a 100 ft length)

Great hose... Heavy!
This hose is no joke. It's like what they'd use at a construction site to clean cement trucks and get run over by big rigs all day. It's heavy. I seriously can barely manhandle this thing around my yard but it does not kink no matter how hot it gets. You could probably run it over with a steam roller and it would not be possible to crack it.Anyway this hose is great but it is extremely heavy and a little hard to coil.

Big diameter hose
This hose is great, solid well constructed fittings and really heavy duty rubber, don't connect this to your half inch outlet as you will be disappointed, this hose if used with the following nozzle requires large water volume and should be connected to a 3/4" minimum or 1" supply, I have mine connected to 11/2" stand pipe and it works great, plenty of water and pressure, I coupled this to a Chemical Guys ACC2011 Jetstream Fire Hose Car Wash Nozzle and it's really really good, I'm also going to purchase a 5/8" hose just for around the house and lawns with a conventional low gpm nozzle.

unbreakable....for life
This is the best garden hose I can get. It is 100% rubber, no PVC or other crap. Yes it is thick and heavy but will last a life time in my backyard. It is expensive but the last hose I will ever need. Will not kink. It is not for drinking water, I use it in my veg and flower garden.garden. It comes with a lifetime warranty. My last hose was a PVC one and it kinked and blew up the next day lying in the hot weather. I am very happy.

Hardware was not connected
This hose arrived in what seemed to be all in one piece until I took it out of the box. I then realized that the nozzles were not clamped down to the hose, essentially rendering the hose useless. I've tried connecting with Amazon but to no avail. Simply wasted a couple of hundred bucks on a rubber tube.

Received a used hose.
The hose I received looks like it was a previous return as it appeared to be used and then poorly re packaged. Not sure how I feel about this for a $100+ hose.
