Get product, was able to get i tout of the box myself. I am 83 years of age. This scooter has helped in so many way, to the mailbox, inside to different rooms. It has been a blessing. My cat just does not like the backup beep.

This company is inhuman cause they sell a damage and defective product and when when u try to return it they give you a hard time to resolve the issues. Not only that the seller tell you to contact the service department and then no one answer the phone and when they do they tell u how to fix the issue although telling that part are falling of and coming off. I purchase this item in July2023 and still haven’t gotten to resolve these issues. It like I bought a lemon. This company do not stand beside it product or take responsibility for itDo not buy

Wow. Shipped and arrived fast. Ordered on the 11th and shipped that same day. Arrived in less than a week! I put it together in less than half an hour. 100% happy so far. I will update after I use it for some time but I think probably the best buy in mobility scooters.UPDATE: Have had it now since July and am more than satisfied. I can now go to events etc. that before I was not able to. The batteries last longer than I expected and it can go on more surfaces than I expected. I think it's better than much more expensive units that I have seen. The company is very responsive and friendly. I have recommend this scooter without reservation.

It seems ample for a medium build person. But it is by no means a light weight scooter. The only thing that comes off is the seat, basket and battery. The rest is all one piece and no elderly person can lift it and place it into a trunk. If you have a ramp at home and your car is equipped with something to take the scooter up, then this is it. But it's not for airlines travel or self lifting anywhere.And returns are paid by YOU!

The scooter is fantastic. It has made a 95 year young grandmother very happy. It arrived within 3 days in excellent condition even though the box was battered. Outstanding interior packaging. The scooter is easy to operate, very stable and easy to assemble and disassemble. The light weight pieces make it easy to transport if necessary. It fits easily into all of our vehicles. We are all very pleased with the purchase. We are all tall in the family and the 5'8" women fit it well and even my 6'5" husband can drive it albeit with his knees sticking out quite a bit.
