Q: What is the strap for?

Hey there! So the strap is about a 12inch long soft silicone strap that attaches to the bottom sticks of your AirPods. It connects them to each other, and the strap goes around the back of your neck and the AirPods rest on your chest when not on your ears. I really like it because in the event one of my AirPods pop out, it’s just hangs around my neck instead of falling to the ground. I hope I could help answer your question!

Q: Does anti-loss strap get in the way of the AirPod controls? Can the case be charged wirelessly through the silicone case?

You can use the controls though the anti-loss strap. The case still charges on wireless chargers.

Q: Will this case be compatible with the new 2021 AirPods?

Hi, because the Airpods Pro is slightly larger than the New Airpods 3, so this silicone airpods pro case is also NOT compatible for the New Airpods 3rd.

Q: The top doesn't stay on anymore; does anybody know how to fix it?
