I mixed 1 or sometimes 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar with an 8-ounce cup of Orange Juice mixed with Apple Juice, and it taste pretty good drinking it this way. Oh, one other thing when I pour the vinegar into the spoon sometimes quite a bit of the vinegar spills out because the hole where the vinegar comes out at the top of the bottom is too large, so what I did I got an empty Ketchup bottle and filled it up, now when I pour out the vinegar it is easy for it to go into the spoon and I don't lose so much when I pour it out. Try this vinegar you won't be disappointed. I am sticking with it. Oh, one other thing I noticed that my clothes seem to be much looser. I believe this vinegar may have something to do with this. Like so many others, I moved to Lucy's after reading that their competitor who I've been buying from for probably 10 years has been diluting their ACV with California tap water.
