How can I check if I have received the correct card?

You will find a small note printed on the back of the card.

Is the envelope included?

We have two offers that you can choose from above: With or without envelope :)

Can I also put together an individual set of 5 or 10 cards?

Yes, select the offer "5 cards of your choice" or "10 cards of your choice". Click on the button "Customise now". Then note which card selection you would like, e.g. 2x baby, 1x grandma...

Can I also have an individual text printed?

Unfortunately, we do not offer personalisation at the moment. A great alternative is to make your own scratch cards. You write down the text of your choice on the scratch card and then stick the scratch sticker over it - done :)

Is the scratch heart already attached?

Yes, only with us do you receive all our scratch cards with a scratch heart already attached. So you can concentrate on the moment of delivery and experience unique, excited faces while scratching.
