Nice unit
Nice piece of equipment. However I think the harness was designed for someone 5 foot tall and 125 lbs. It's useless for me at 6'3" 235lbs. Other than that, have had no issues.

Gets the job done
Gets the job done in high places but it's a upper body workout to keep it steady while cleaning with it fully extended but overall I would recommend it .

Very heavy until you begin to spray.
At first I thought this would be impossible to use. It's very heavy, but the harness holds the weight well and once you start to spray, the thrust from the spray kind of balances out the weight so it's much easier to hold. But it does require some strength and stamina to use for extended period of time, also is somewhat difficult to control precisely when it's fully extended. But it worked very well and I'm very happy with the product.

Does what it is expected to do.
A little intense at full extension but it does what it is expected to do. Required another hose and adaptor for our pressure washer but all good.

No control
There is no control to pressure wash anything. When extended the pole bends by 2 feet and sways all over.
