How realistic is this for a person who is horrifyingly out of shape? I have serious chronic psoas and hip issues and need a low impact way to begin e

I am not a doctor so I have no idea. But I know I have lower back issues so I can't do sit ups without hurting my back, but this machine is great for me because I have been able to build stomach muscle without hurting my back.

I’m 4’9 is this machine height adjustable?

I don't think it will matter how tall or short you are.

Is there anything you can do on this machine that you cannot do a Total Gym?

I do not believe so but, for the price I paid, this has been terrific for concentrating on my abs and arms. However, I would believe the Total Gym gives you quite a few more options from what I’ve seen.

Does this machine have angle adjustments? Like the gym one has 7 angle options. How many for this one? Or does it stay on one angle only?

This one stays at the one angle. It just folds for storage...
