These omega 3s have helped my eye health! I used to get styes all the time, since I started these omegas I have not had any so I know they work. They are easy to swallow and have no smell or taste.

I like that these are not Krill (let's save a whale it's lunch), aren't fish oil (think nasty fish burps), and are the only Omega-3 supplements that don't aggravate my GERD. They're easy to take and I really like the convenience of having a nice, generous supply. My blood work is showing that I made a choice that is working for me.
