




Please find for sale 50+ fresh Stipa Arundinacea seeds, better known as Pheasants Tail Grass. Pheasant's tail is a delightful and useful grass that provides year-round colour, movement and structure. Forming fountain-like clumps of slender foliage, which starts green, but then develops yellow, orange and red spots and streaks. Colours become more intense during Autumn and Winter when there is not much other colour around . Striking flower head spikes are produced in late summer. Sowing & Care Guide Sow indoors Sow finely onto the surface of a moist well-draining seed compost mix ideally a mix of 50% regular compost, 50% vermiculite (which I sell in the Accessories section of my eBay shop) . Cover seeds with a very fine layer of sieved compost For ideal germination rates cover tray and leave outside in the cold for a couple of weeks before bringing back in Place tray in a warm place out of direct sunlight 18-22c Do not allow compost to dry out Germination takes 14-28 days Pot on seedlings as required Harden off and plant out after danger of frost has passed
