I needed a good women’s multivitamin because I was feeling like crap. I was definitely lacking in vitamins because my diet is not that great. I know that Mary Ruth Organics is a great, clean brand as I also give my son their child gummies. The flavor is delicious and not overwhelming. They are nice and soft and chewy. I have been taking these for about a month and a half and have definitely felt an improvement in my mood and energy levels. They are a little pricey but I have them on subscribe and save so I can get them for less. Overall these taste great and definitely make me feel much better. I definitely recommend them.

I’m very picky when it comes to anything with flavor in medicine form but let me say this. These taste AMAZING, there’s no weird smell to them. Definitely worth the money I spend on them every month. Health benefits are awesome, they work for keeping my levels at bay ( I have an iron deficiency) . Very easy to chew and swallow. I love these so so much and will continue to use for years to come.
